Hover over video that you would like to pin in Teams and Select Pin.
Example: Mark V. has a Teams meeting with the entire Sales staff and everyone would like to always see his video, regardless of who is talking. Hover over Mark's video, wait for pin to appear, and select pin Mark's video will stay as the first slot on your screen.
