To schedule a meet-me-lines (6930, 6931,6932,6933)
- Open your calendar in outlook
- Select the date/time of your meeting
- Fill out the required fields. Under the room/location field type in 404.527.... and the available numbers will populate
- Select the Meet-me-line that is available(please make note of the pin that is associated with the number as you will need it)
*Please do not just free type your favorite number in the calendar details. Also, if a number is in use 30 minutes before or after your meeting time frame, please choose another number. It is common for ACVB conference calls to exceed the scheduled time frame. Use the scheduling assistant located at the top of the screen.
